Scenes from Literacy Day!

Dr. Lucas, our District's Superintendent, read with us on Literacy Day. He shared his favorite book Hooray for Diffendoofer Day! by Dr. Seuss. He even left his copy of the book as a gift to our class! We also had some athletes from West-Oak High School come and read with us. For Family Literacy Night, the third grade hallway was transformed into the County Fair. It was just like a scene from one of our favorite books, Charlotte's Web.
